1.Product description
Type ZG(ZGH)sand&gravel pumps are a single-stage, single-suction, single-casing horizontal slurry pump.
This sand pump flow components using the hard nickel,high chromium and other wear-resistant materials.
Sand pump outlet direction can be in any position of 360·,easy to install, cavitation performance,anti-corrosion etc.
The gravel pumps are designed for continuously transferring strong corrosive big-solid-contained slurry
which the common slurry pump cannot transfer.
The sand pump of this type suitable for delivering slurries in Mining, Explosive sludge in metal melting, Dredging in dredger and river course,
and other fields.
The sand gravel pump can drive by electric motor or diesel engine.
Type ZGH sand gravel pumps are high head sand pumps.
2. Product features and structure
Mainly Features
a.Abrasion-resistance,corrosion-resistance; large capacity; wide flow channel; light weight; good performance of NPSH;
easy maintenance; anti-clogging.
b.Special clamping device of the jointing for pump body and pump cover enables the pump discharge point to any direction.
c.The wet parts , including impeller, frame plate, throatbush, frame plate liner insert, all adopt anti-corrosive alloy cast iron or steel.
d.The pump consists of pump head, seal assembly, bearing assembly and frame. The bearing assembly is lubricated by grease.
e.The pump can be driven by V-belt, coupling directly or by reducer.
f.Packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal are all available for the pump.

5. Packing and delivery
We uses the steel base + protective film + fumigation-free wooden box + steel belt to pack the pump, to ensure the safety of the pumps
in shipment. We also design special packing for over size part to solve container loading problems.
